  1. Zebra label printer support

    The Dymo label printers are slow and the labels are expensive. I have tested Cellsmart with our Zebra LP2824 printers and they work fine.... except, the Big and Small label sizes are wrong, and the Zebra prints with a different orientation. If you do not plan on supporting any additional label printers, can you add the option to make modifications to the size/orientation so other printers can be used?

  2. can you please add receipt size options at checkout screen

    its a good idea to have which receipt size to print at the checkout screen next to print receipt. with this for small sales like accessories it would be printed on a small receipt whereas device sales that would have serial numbers etc would be printed on a big receipt

  3. New Idea, Cellsmart POS android Cell Application

    It would be great if you could develop an android or IOS app for us the retailers so customers can recharge their phone on their cellphones or from their computers and that this app would also be able to be incorporated in Facebook, this would give your POS software more value and customers would have a convenient way to rechage when they are away or can't come to our stores for whatever reason.

  5. Resize the Pos Window

    We should be able to resize the POS window so its not taking up 75% of the screen even when Minimized .
    Windows 10 automatically resizes most windows but the POS does not allow this .

    Our software has a minimum screen resolution requirement of 1024 × 768. If you screen resolution is higher than this you should be able to resize the window, However, if the screen size is smaller the window will is restricted at 1024 × 768. Our dashboard adapts to show you more of the register at the smaller size but unfortunately we can not make it any smaller.

  6. Add discount control to repair tickets and parts used.

    when customer walks in to get a repair, we should be able to control the quoted price through the discount function. Same for the parts used.

  7. Download option for the Done Payment

    You guys need to put download options for the done payment ID section. You guys used to have it but I don't know why you guys got rid of it.

  8. Discount and Point system

    The point system should be treated like the discount system. If we use customers' points in a transaction, the points should be deducted from our profit resulting in a lesser porfit or even a loss.

    Example:

    $10 Products price
    $5 Product cost
    $1 Points used
    Bottom line: $4 net profit

    Firstly, thank you for your feedback. We highly appreciate it.

    Our current focus is to create the best solution to the problems that cellular retailers face. Because of this, one of our goals is to expand to different markets and have our software available in different languages. However, this will take time to implement but as long as we have customers as yourself providing feedback and letting us know how to succeed we will eventually reach our goal.

  12. Fix layaway when searching for used item

    When doing layaway for a customer, you have to scan the barcode for a used item instead of doing a quick search. Products come up fine, but used items do not. This is a mild inconvenience. Hope you will fix it anyway. Thank you

  13. contacts should be synced with muliple stores.

    i have multiple stores and they have same names, everytime a cusomer goes to another store we have to take his information , and if we need to use for example the points system, we diffently need the contacts and other information to be synced.

  14. Ability to differentiate

    When I create a customer, sometimes they are actually dealers that I do services. It would be nice to differentiate them from business to retail, and be able to provide custom prices to both type of customers. That would save a lot of repair issues to add in the repair management area.

  15. Ability to make picture bigger in repair module

    It is great to have this option here. However, once the picture is taken there is no way make it bigger, there is no way to even look for it in my computer so I could see it there and make it bigger there.

    But the option to make it bigger once it is taken has to be implemented so it works within the repair module.

  16. Ability to make bill payments quicker

    The current way of making payments takes too long. We have go to for instance to: Epay tab type in customer phone number, select carrier, enter bill payment amount and checkout for every customer. Some people would say I should use those key tags but the problem with those is some people don't even know their phone number or carrier much less they will remember to bring those key tags every time they come in to the store.

    The solution:

    Implement or improve the search box we currently have at the admin tab so once we type in the customers…

  17. Need to check out Payments, Register Tickets and Repair tickets on the same checkout.

    Need to check out Payments, Register Tickets and Repair tickets on the same checkout ... this currently does not allow me to roll over to your system in live mode because it is too combersome for my employees to first (In this order only :( ..... ) make a Register ticket, checkout and write down that total for further addition to the Repair ticket you now have to make and checkout, then add this total tot the last tickets total, copy that total down for use in adding to the next Payment Ticket that has to be created for a…

    Currently our main focus is to make sure we provide our customers with the most robust point of sale on the market. There are many services that can provide you an employee scheduling system and we hope to integrate with them in the future.

  19. Please have different pricing for new activations and upgrades.

    I am a Boost Mobile dealer. Frequently, we have promos that are for new activations only. There should be two different pricing methods so that a customer who purchases a phone with a new phone number or ported number gets the phone at one price and a current Boost customer who purchases a phone as an upgrade gets it at another price. Using the "Payment Method - Boost Rebate" may easily lead to employee errors as they may enter the wrong amount to deduct, give a rebate to a phone that is not eligible, give a rebate to an upgrade.

  20. Just like any other POS System, I need to be able to change a method payment from Cash to Credit or to Dedit at any time.

    As an Owner, I am requesting the ability to be able to change the method of paymnet if an employee makes a mistake. In other words, if lets say I, take a payment and accidently pressed cash instead of credit or debit, as a Manager or Owner I should be able to fix it at the end of day or weeks not an employee. Even if its Epay!
    Blocking me from fixing this forces me to manualy write or typei t in another software defeating the purpose of using one smart software.
