There is an easy fix for this. First you need to go into the settings of your receipt printer. Select printing preferences. Changing the lengths and cut options for your specific printer should be somewhere in the advanced options. You can set it so that it automatically prints according to the documents size. If you have trouble finding it, visit the website for your specific receipt printer and model.
As for the large papers, Set your Cellsmart POS to print reports with your larger/regular printer. You can then click on "history" in the main screen. click on the transaction you would like to print. If you look to your right, you will see the receipt version of your transaction.When you're sure you've selected the correct one, double-Click it. A window will open with your transaction. At the top you will see icons. There are two printer icons. Choose the printer with the question mark on it. This will allow you to choose the printer you want.(the one with the larger paper) Select it and print. The receipt will print regular sized on a large piece of paper. This is good if you want to take notes on the paper or otherwise flag items on the receipt. If you want the receipt to be as large as the actual paper, that will take some more adjustments.
From the same pop-up screen where you saw the printer icons, all the way to the right of the icons is a little triangle. If you click on it, you will get more options so that you can adjust how large the receipt prints. You can change the paper type and choose things like "fit to size"
