  9. Transaction ID and or Pin number on Multiple items same receipt.

    Currently when several things are added into one trasaction (accesories, more than one bill payment in one receipt, phones or other items and when they pay for bill payment together) the system won't provide or display the transaction id or pin number into the receipt. Can you guys look into this and see if it will be possible? This is important especially if is a pin number that a customer needs to add later one

  10. Change the search parameters

    Currently, the search feature is a mess.

    I have my inventory for example, Apple iPhone 6 / 6S Shell Case - Black.

    This is descrptive and I figured easily searchable. There are spaces so that it can look for a specific key word. Unfortunetally, if I type in 6 shell or iphone 6 shell, it doesn't pop it up. This is because it is missing the / 6s.

    The search parameters are to literal. This means we need to go a longer way of just typing the first part of what we are looking for. Say iphone 6. From there…

  11. Open register without printing receipt

    There are two options in printer settings 1) Print receipt on every transaction and 2) Open drawer with every print. Third one should be NO RECEIPT and it can just print a tiny single letter A or someting in order to send a command to register to open.

  12. Please stop changing the way the windows and fonts look. About a month ago the software looked aesthetically perfect.

    I recommend you work on the things that really need fixing such as the features that are there but not working. There was no need to fix the check out window, the new customer window, or the add new item in the repair window. These windows looked beautiful and now they do not look good at all. They look like someone clicked the zoom button on the screen.

    day end report should be printed on big printer (letter/legal) rather than being printed on small receipt printer which wastes paper especially if you had alot of transactions throughout the day

    First all I know the existen app, but won't work for me to check my store any time. Say's no data.

  17. The ability to attach pictures to repairs

    I'd like to be able to attach pictures to repair tickets to show the condition the phone is in, as well as for when my tech opens it up and for example it is water damaged. We can snap a picture, attach it to the ticket and show the customer how extensive the damage was. This will help in cases where they customer denies the phone was ever water damaged, or claims it didn't have a certain scratch or something.

  18. Printing Two Receipts at Will

    Having the abiltiy to print two receipts at will, just like the button you have added for the customer to sign the receipt. By having thisfeature it we can print two receipts, one for the customer and the other one signed for the store to keep. This is especially good for warranties. I know we can reprint the receipt, but there are many steps to be taken rather than having an option to click "dual receipt" when is needed.

    We already have the options to print dual receipts. On the software, go to Admin Tools → General Settings → Printer Settings. There you will find an option to increase the number of receipts that are printed out to more than one. If you have trouble finding the option please do not hesitate to give us a call at 347-391-2600 and we will guide you over the phone. Thank you for providing your feedback.

  19. Also get back some features that were important such as the small icon for "Notes" ...

    ...and PLEASE add the Points collected (or dollars) when making a bill payment or checking out register. That way we can say "You have $4.50 in points collected, would you like to apply it to your balance?"

    The employee who is currently logged in is saved to the layaway not the person who opens the shift. To facilitate logging out you may turn on the log off after every transaction option within the settings
