Can you create a point system for BILL PAYMENTS?

I want to provide a reward system for customers that rewards 1 point for every bill payment that they make. The amount of the bill does not matter.

    We have a reward system BUT the amount of the bill does matter. You have to set your own customized point conversion rate . For example, $50 in payments= 1pt and 1 pt=X dollars.

    This would be good, especially for easier tracking of inventory that you give to customer's for free using the points. PLEASE IMPLEMENT THIS ASAP!
