We are happy to announce that this feature has been added to CellSmart POS. We are going to begin rolling out the feature within the next few patches.

I had this feature with a different repair pos system.The sms would notify customers when pickup is ready and would alllow for paymenty in that same message. Would also send sms about status changes as they occured. This may be the only reason that I would leave this system and go back to repair shopr
