Repair Management
Repair Devices are used when creating a repair. These are devices that are being repaired. For example, if a client comes to repair their damaged iPhone 4, you would create a new repair device called iPhone 4 to proceed with the repair ticket.
Creating a Repair Device
- Click on the Admin tools tab.
- Then, click on the drop-down menu of settings.
- Click on the Repair management settings.
- Click on Repair devices category on the left side.
- Click on the blue plus icon on the bottom right corner.
- In the Product window, enter the name of the repair device in the product field.
- Select your repair category by clicking on the category drop-down menu, you can also create a new category by clicking on the Add new category button. Click here for more details on creating a repair category.
- Click save.
Creating a Repair issue
Repair Issues are used to in repairs when selecting the price list for the repair device. You can create a new repair issue and enable it for every repair device in the software.
- Click on the Admin tools tab.
- Then, click on the drop-down menu of settings.
- Click on the repair management settings.
- Click on the Repair issue category on the left side.
- Click on the blue plus icon on the bottom right corner.
- Enter the name of the issue in the name field.

Enabling Repair issues for a Repair device
- Click on the Admin tools tab.
- Then, click on the drop-down menu of settings.
- Click on the repair management settings.
- Click on the Repair issue category on the left side.
- From the list of repair devices, select the repair issues you want to apply for each device by checking the appropriate check box.
Create a Repair status
- Click on the Admin tools tab.
- Then, click on the drop-down menu of settings.
- Click on the Repair management settings.
- Click on Repair status category on the left side.
- Click on the blue plus icon on the bottom right corner.
- In the Repair status window, Enter the name/label of the status in the status field.
- Select the color of the repair status.
Creating a Repair type
- Click on the Admin tools tab.
- Then, click on the drop-down menu of settings.
- Click on the Repair management settings.
- Click on Repair type category on the left side.
- Click on the blue plus icon on the bottom right corner.
- In the Repair type window, Enter the name/label of the repair type in the label field.
- Click save.
