Clear Payments


The Clear Payment feature allows you to clear and review all payments that have been through the software. For example, If a client pays his bill using Progressive, Groupon, or a Trade in. You can go into the list of Clear payments and check and review all the transactions that have been made.

Clearing Payments

  1. Click on the Admin Tools tab.
  2. Then, Click on the Clear payments icon.
  3. Check the Clear box for the Payments you want to clear.
  4. When done, click the save clear payments  button on the bottom right corner.

Viewing Payments

You can view all your previous payments by: 

  1. Clicking on the Admin Tools tab.
  2. Then, Clicking on the Clear payments icon.
  3. Selecting the payment from the list.
  4. Clicking on the Eye icon to view the payment through the options menu.
