Manage Tasks

Description 

Create Tasks and assign them to your employees or to yourself to complete throughout the day. This will keep you on track and dedicated to finish the tasks that you have assigned to yourself on that specific day. 




Creating a Task


  1. Click on the Extras Tab.
  2. Click on the Manage Task icon from the options menu.
  3. Select the employee/user you want to assign the task to by clicking on the drop-down menu.
  4. In the Create new Task field, enter the name of the task and click save.
  5. While Creating the task, you can also select days for which you can be notified to complete the task.


Adding comments
  1. Click on the Extras Tab.
  2. Click on the Manage Task icon from the options menu.
  3. Select the employee/user you want to open the tasks of by clicking on the drop-down menu. 



Completing Tasks
  1. Click on the Extras Tab.
  2. Click on the Manage Task icon from the options menu.
  3. Select the employee/user you want to open the tasks of by clicking on the drop-down menu. 
  4. From the list of tasks on the left side, check off the task you wish to mark complete.
  5. The task will be marked completed.

Viewing completed tasks

  1. Click on the Extras Tab.
  2. Click on the Manage Task icon from the options menu.
  3. Select the employee/user you want to open the tasks of by clicking on the drop-down menu. 
  4. By checking the Show Completed Tasks option, you will be provided with all the completed tasks you can click on the task to view its details.
