How to search an item in CSP life cycle

CSP life cycle means, from the time the csp/account i.d (customer) started using the software,the search enables you to look for any items on an invoice..

1.      Right click, click on transaction history.

2.      Click on search invoice item.

3.      Under search in csp life cycle type in the item name.
