How to set Hourly rate for empolyees
Most of the times the salary/wages paid to employees are on hourly bases.Setting up an hourly rate system for your employee helps you keep a track of the money that goes into the salaries at your store.
· Click on Admin Tools in the menu bar.
· Click Employee List.
· Select the employee and then click the small pencil icon on the top known as the Edit button.
· Click on Performance tab.
· Set the Hourly Rate e.g. $10.00
· Click Save.
