How to perform a Refund or Exchange
1. Click on new, from the menu bar at the top.
2. Click on refund or exchange icon from the icon menu.
3. Under the transaction id type in the invoice number.
4. Enter the information of the customer in the customer information section.
5. Click on save, it will ask you to create a new invoice which will bring the item to the main dashboard.
6. Under Item code/serial box, type in the code of the item you want to complete the exchange with.
7. Once the item has been added to the register/dashboard, click on checkout.
8. Modify the transaction to the customer's payment and click on save to finalize the transaction.
