1.       Click on list from the menu bar at the top.

2.       Click on layaway icon from the icon menu.

3.       Find the desired layaway you want to delete.

4.       To refund the layaway and close the case, click on the dollar sign with the arrow around it.

5.       If you are charging a refund fee on the layaway mention that as percentage otherwise set it to 0%.

6.       Click on save.

7.       Click on save under payment information.

 A layaway can only be deleted by refunding it while the case is open.
