Windows 7 / Windows 8

1.       Press the window key.

2.       Click on devices and printers.

3.       Right click on the printer.

4.       Click on printer properties.

5.       Click on the sharing tab

6.       Check Share this printer

7.       Click apply then ok to finalize.

Sharing a printer makes the printer accessible to other computers on the same network.
