Needed parts section
I'd like a field where my techs can type in what parts they need and assign it to a certain ticket. A field where they can type in the website where we can find the part would also be great. That way we can place a large order for all needed parts every couple of days.

Ernesto, have you had a look at our Task feature under the Extra category in the menu bar? We utilize this feature in our own store to communicate orders and tasks with each other.
