If you have time to change the way the CLOCK-IN/OUT window looks...
...then it seems like your developers have too much time on their hands. The clock-in window looked perfectly fine except for that aweful looking clock that is too delicate to identify the time on it (ironically, the ONLY thing they did NOT change)

Sandro, allow me to give some clarity here. We have many developers working for us, each working on different parts of the software; some on the back end some on the front end. If changes are made to the front end, it is without compromising our dedication to our core software.
At times our front end developers might have an easy month if we're only working on the back end that month hence they have the time to change the UI of the software.
Another reason why you might see changes made to the front end is when a big changed happened in the back end and the front end did not match the requirements no longer, hence we have to re-write the front end when working on the back end.
I hope this can give you comfort that we did not misuse our resources. Thanks for your valuable feedback, keep it coming!
