Please stop making BIG changes to certain systems such as repairs, layaways, bill pay. Make only small changes
Because then business owners would have to keep changing their procedures it takes time, money, more unnecessary training hours, and slower checkouts = loss of customers. Also, if one field is deleted we lose stored information that we need. Such as the "Alternate number" in repairs after this recent update. We lost all alternate phone numbers!!

We apologize for changes that disrupt your business. Moving forward, we are only updating after we properly test changes internally and will try to release tutorials on changes at the time of release.
