Transfers Made

Description

Transfers made is a list of transfers that have been made from your software in the past.You are able to view, print, edit and delete transfers. The transfer of products from one store to another are recorded in the transfers made list. You can also create a new transfer through the transfers made module.




Viewing transfers
  1. Click on the Inventory tab.
  2. Then, click on the transfers made icon.
  3. A list of all the transfers you've made will be presented. 
  4. Select your transfer from the list and click on Eye icon to view the transfer.


  Printing transfers

  1. Click on the Inventory tab
  2. Then, click on the transfers made icon.
  3. Select your transfer from the list.
  4. Make sure your printer is connected
  5. Click on the print icon to print the transfer.

Editing Transfers

  1. Click on the inventory tab
  2. Then, click on the transfers made icon.
  3. Select your transfer from the list.
  4. Click on the pencil icon to edit the transfer.
                      Select store: You may select another store by clicking on the drop-down menu.

                       Add more products: You may add more products to the transfer by entering the item codes of                                                              the items in the item code field. Selecting your product and entering the                                                                quantity and clicking on the plus icon.

                       Delete a product: You may delete a transfer product by clicking on the red bin icon .

                       Transfer or Vendor notes: You may enter any transfer or vendor notes in their respective                                                                               boxes.This information will not be printed and is only available for                                                                         users. 


                        
       5.  Click save after making changes.
