•        Go to Inventory.

•        Then Serialized Inventory.

•        Select type (GSM or CDMA or some other)

•        Then click the product title.

•        There you'll see all the products under that title.

•        Select the one you want to delete.

•        Then click on the DustBin icon at the top right next to print label.

•        Please restart the POS after this to view the updated list of serialized inventory.
