EPSON TM-T88IV RECEIPT PRINTERS

1.       Click on the start icon located in the bottom left of the screen.

2.       Click on devices and printers.

3.       Find your receipt printer and right click on it.

4.       Click on printer preferences.

5.       Click on Document Settings.

6.       Look for cash drawer and click on it.

7.       Next to cash drawer #1 and #2 click on the drop down for both and select open before printing.

8.       Click on apply and then ok.

STAR TSP 100 RECEIPT PRINTERS

1         Click on the start icon located in the bottom left of the screen.

2.       Click on devices and printers.

3.       Find your receipt printer and right click on it.

4.       Click on advanced options.

5.       Look for cash drawer #1 and change "open at" to Always.

6.       Look for cash drawer #2 and change "open at" to Always.

7.       Click on apply then ok.

8.       Click on printer preferences.

9.       Click on document settings.

10.   Look for peripheral unit type.

11.   Click on the drop down and click on cash drawer.

12.   Click on apply then ok.

CITIZEN S310II RECEIPT PRINTERS

1.       Click on the start icon located in the bottom left of the screen.

2.       Click on devices and printers.

3.       Find your receipt printer and right click on it.

4.       Click on advanced options.

5.       Look for cash drawer #1 and change "open at" to Job Start.

6.       Look for cash drawer #2 and change "open at" to Job Start.

7.       Click on apply then ok.
