1. Click on payment the first option from the left on the menu bar at the top.
2. Click on create provider icon from the icon menu.
3. Under provider List, select the desired provider.
4. Select the carrier from the default list. 
5. In the item code type the name of the product for the carrier or make one if required.
6. Click on save.
