VidaPay Integration

Description

The VidaPay Integration feature allows you to gain access to VidaPay’s webpos. From the VidaPay Portal, you process a payment while saving the payment in CellSmart POS.

Setup

1.      In the menu bar, find and click on the Payment tab on the top left.

2.      Within the tab, click on Manage Provider.

3.      In the Manage Provider menu, find and click on the provider you will be using as VidaPay, from the list.

4.      Then click on the pencil icon, on the top left of the Manage Provider menu, to edit the selected provider.

5.      A Bill Payment Provider window will pop up. In the Website field, paste the link of your certification for VidaPay.

6.      Then click on Save.

Processing a Payment

1.      In the menu bar, find and click on the Payment tab on the top left.

2.      Within the tab, click on VidaPay.

3.      Log in to the VidaPay webpos.

4.      Enter the customer’s correct details, i.e. their contact number.

5.      Also, enter in all the correct details for the payment, i.e. the bill amount, the carrier, etc.

6.       Then click on Check Out.
