Auto Save
When Creating an Invoice the system crashes or restarts and we loose the Invoice in process, If the system can auto save every some time it will save lot of time of redoing all the work lost.

Barcode for combo item
most of the time we pack 3 item together and it is difficult to search in list which package is it? especially in busy times.
Can you allocate a barcode to a combo product please? and it also help to maintain the stock.

Flagging a Customer Account
Sometimes customer may be short on money a few cents or couple of $$ but we take the payment anyway, is ther any way to flag the account so for future purchases or recharges we can collect the money owed ?? or is there current feature a accomplish this.

Repair transfer between store
I am running three store. All the mobile phone repair are performed at store A and all the laptop repair are performed at Store B and store C only deal with selling and booking.
If any mobile phone is booked in store B and C, these phones are sent to store A and all parts are there and they used their own inventory. then once the phone are fixed , they send it back to orignal store.

Need ability to create Sub-Status items under the 3 main Repair Statuses (In Process, Not Fixed, Fixed)
This issue comes from not being able to determine in an eye's glance what's going on with a repair job. Right now the only Statuses are "In Process", "Not Fixed", and "Fixed". In our old system we are trying to migrate from, the following statuses were selected from a dropdown for each work order and were changed accordingly as the job status changed:
Open
Closed
Repair Accepted
Repair Declined
Received: Payment
Received: Parts
Received: Device
Order Part
Waiting on Parts
Waiting on Device
Waiting on Pickup
Under Repair
Fixed
Delivered

Inventory - Need ability to see total inventory of all stores
The inventory system needs the ability to seel total inventory of all stores includng serialized #. I should not have to log into each store and check inventory and then manually add the totals. CellSmart should have the ability to check the inventory of each location and give the combined total of all locations. It should also have the ability to check the serialized number of product and know exactly which location the serialized item is at. Basically the inventory system needs to be integrated in such a way so that I am able to check inventory of one location…

Buy and sell a phone in the same transaction
The way the system is set up right now we haved to buy a phone in one order and sell in a completely different transaction. There are multiple times a day we have customers doing trade-ins. It would save us a lot of time if we could process those transactions in the same order.

Commission Template
I would like the commission template to include different % and/or vaues for different employee classifications. For example, a manager make make the most commission, a sales clerk who's been with the company for two years may make more than one who has only been with the company for six months, etc.

Needed parts section
I'd like a field where my techs can type in what parts they need and assign it to a certain ticket. A field where they can type in the website where we can find the part would also be great. That way we can place a large order for all needed parts every couple of days.

There should be a recommendation/suggestion pop up option when you scan items.
An example would be you scan a phone it gives you the option for a case,screen protector, also the option for an upgrade fee.

Effective 1/1/2016 All California Prepaid Cellular stores and providers will be required to charge a % of tac called Prepaid Mobile Telephy. This is a separate tax from retail goods. Would it be possible that you can implement a separate tax feature or report for prepaid services so when we do our tax report it wont mix it with the current tangible goods sales report. This is a tax for Service, new in California.
1 voteFor this case, you would have to create a tax and apply it to all your items. Your tax summary will include this tax, however, our detailed tax report will separate this tax from the other taxes. This will allow you to see the total collected from this one tax.

The previous Repair system was much better and more helpful, as well as professional and bugfree than the most recent one.
The repair system before the major update that changed it was easier to work with: when we hit "Fixed" it popped up with the 3 options (inventory used, no expense, 3rd party). That was the perfect way to do it because it gave us immediate perspective on what to do next to check out the customer the fastest and most efficient way. In the new system we had to go to a different TAB to add inventory (a longer way to do it, and sometimes makes us forget to add inventory - will only remind us when we try to…

Signature when a device is booked and again signature when a device is collected
When we book s a device for repair, the customer should sign to agree the terms and condition. and teh customer signs when the device is collected.
We will have a customer signature if there is a dispute on terms and condition and also whether the device is collected .
